I decided that I didn't want to distract myself so the next thing I tried was to go slower. But man, this really was not a good idea because my women would not understand why I had slowed down. Sometimes they'd even get impatient and I didn't really want to let them know about my problem. Sometimes they even thought that I had already ejaculated and I had to tell them that I hadn't! Clearly this method was not going to work.
The next thing I tried was multiple positions. This was much better. My buddy had told me that woman on top facing me was much better. Actually for me, it was much worse, but I did realise that everyone is different. So I tried woman on top facing away from me and it was really good, it bought me a few extra minutes.
Then I wanted to get even more time so I tried the anesthetic sprays. Although some of them don't work I found that there are some that definitely do work. Unfortunately, they also take away some of the pleasures of sensation of touch and warmth in your penis. I would say that these methods are definitely good, but was there anything better?

And then I got really lucky. I discovered purely by accident one day, a way to last longer without any booze, sprays or distraction. I call this my "plateauing technique". I found a way that I would not be so obsessed with how much time I had left and was able to last as long as I wanted and then choose when I wanted to ejaculate.
Overall, I think all the methods have their merits. Some are better than others but they usually require more investment and may not be convenient. Whatever, I'm happy now that I don't have this premature ejaculation problem anymore and I can last as long as I want to.
